Tender couscous pancakes – the original version of a simple and familiar homemade dish.
- 1 cup couscous
- 3 eggs
- 1.5 cups milk
- 3 tbsp. l flour
- 1 tbsp. Sugar
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- a pinch of salt
- vegetable oil
This recipe for couscous fritters is very versatile – as a supplement you can add various sliced fruits, fresh berries or candied fruits to the dough.
How to cook pancakes from couscous
Couscous pour into a bowl, mix with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
Bring milk to a boil, pour couscous, cover and leave for 5 minutes.
Then let it cool. After adding the eggs and flour, knead thoroughly.
Spread pancakes with a spoon in a preheated pan with vegetable oil, fry on both sides until golden brown.
